Spring is right around the corner, right? Yeah, I know, wishful thinking. I do wish spring began right after New Year's Day, though. Wouldn't that be loverly!
My first two 2011 seed catalogs arrived last week! Yippee! Aren't they pretty! Nichol's Garden Nursery and Totally Tomatoes are two of my favorite companies. Check them out-- plotting and planning a garden is good for the soul and a terrific remedy for an early case of springfever! |

ReplyDeleteSurely it's never too early to think of plants! A very welcome thought as I freeze looking out at the snow on the ground. Happy planning!
ReplyDeleteYou hardly see seed catalogs or the little packages of seed anymore. It may be I am not looking for them anymore.
ReplyDeleteYou got seed catalogs already?! I never get any until after Christmas. I just love to pour over them on a really cold wintery day!
ReplyDeleteHappy REDnesday!

Oooh! How big is your garden? I had my first kitchen garden this year and I loved it, but only some of my red tomatoes did well. I am looking forward to what crops I'll try next year too.
ReplyDeleteI love seed catalogues! I can spend hours reading the descriptions and dreaming of the perfect garden.
ReplyDeleteI am a sucker for phrases like "flowers the size of dinner plates"!
Can't wait for Spring! We grew our first tomatoes this year and I can't wait to branch out in 2011.
ReplyDeleteHappy Rednesday,

I love that Nichols catalog front. That would be pretty framed.
ReplyDeleteI love dreaming about gardening, the dreams always turn out much better. But, I haven't given up yet. :~) Great pics !

ReplyDeleteCarol: It was a surprise-- my catalogs usually don't arrive till Jan.
Sweet Bee: I'm in the country with lots of space so have a big regular veg garden and several raised bed gardens.
Hooked on memes: me too!
Melody: wouldn't it, though!
